Manager- Portfolio Management Group - 5+ Years

We are looking for a professional with more than 5 years of expertise in portfolio monitoring, loan servicing with a focus on commercial mortgages, and directly associated tasks to loan onboarding. Additionally, one should have worked with Commercial mortgage-backed securities, Asset backed securities and creating financial models in MS Excel.

Location- Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Interacting with clients with regards to timelines, onboarding new deliverables, and compliance of agreed SLAs.

Working closely with the clients for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes

Helping the team in onboarding the client's investment portfolio. (Review loan agreements, amendment documents and other reports as required).

Keeping any eye on scheduled events through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date, Financial Statements, Insurance Requirement, etc.

Lead team of analysts/associates to ensure deliverables are sent timely along with highest quality.

Requirements:

Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel.

Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal

Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines

Prior experience in leading a team

Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
