Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Customer Service
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing operations delivery for the Business. Your role would involve owning the Insourcing team for content services.
Content pricing team assists in resolving total claim amount and provides insurance companies most accurate pricing research for all household contents/items associated with insured loss under Home-owner insurance policy.
As part of your job you will encouraged to meet all client SLA, build positive relationship with our US teams, and drive our compliance and people engagement practices
You will also be encouraged to drive big value impact projects for our US teams and clients
Responsibilities

  • Proactive approach in recognizing emerging trends like potential frauds, accuracy, staffing challenges and fix them
  • Resource should have ability to work and operate in a high volume and tight timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements & customer demands.
  • Exposure to US P&C market especially Home-owner Insurance Policy and Stabilizing day to day team related activities
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Client Management skills
  • Client interactions via trainings, conference calls, emails and messenger service
  • Monitors service delivery and ensures perfection in service levels. Ensures deadlines and targets are met. Promotes goodwill and a positive image of the Company
  • Conducts performance appraisals. Provides measurable feedback to assigned personnel and suggestions for improved performance. Formulates and implements employee corrective actions as needed. Should be able to coach, mentor and help all his/her direct reports to be motivated and engaged to grow their career with Genpact. Assists in interviewing and assigning new personnel as necessary
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.Com/BSc/BA - Any graduate except technical
Preferred Skill set
  • Candidate with US P&C Insurance experience especially Content Pricing for Home-owner Insurance Policy
  • Candidates holding certification in Insurance & Reinsurance are preferred (IIA etc.)
