Roles and Responsibilities Experience:
a) Minimum 4-5 years in planning and business analytics with exposure to food service industry
preferred.
b) Experience in Dashboard creation, business analysis, insight generation essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in creation of Market Growth Plans (MGP) and Annual Growth Plans (AGP)
Assist in creation of franchise engagement presentations, annual strategy document and
presentations to global stakeholders
Partner with marketing function to complete accurate sales forecasting. Also evaluate performance of
new value constructs, new products, and any other marketing interventions that have been
undertaken
Partner with Business Development and Operations functions for insight generation, data pattern
recognition, anomaly identification with respect to operations metrics and NSO topline / bottom line
performance
Responsible for creation of business dashboards, fulfillment of all data requests related to sales and
operations performance
Support in Quarterly reporting and other data requests to global team
Support cross functional initiatives / projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in
Power BI preferred
Experience in handling large amounts of data daily
Strong influencing & interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines through personal & remote
mode
Team player \xe2\x80\x93 able to work in cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Sound communication and planning skills.
Ability to priorities own work in line with business objectives.
High energy/strong work ethic.
