Job Description

A manager oversees the safety and cleanliness of the fitness center as well as the Spa. He makes sure that the equipment, therapy rooms, machines used are in excellent condition. He also makes sure that the locker rooms and washrooms are hygienic enough to be used by those enrolled at the fitness center and spa visitors. He also oversees the work of his staff. Responsibilities and Duties for Fitness Centre: Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for Fitness Trainers. Schedule the customer classes. Ensure that the customers are given high quality services and assistance when needed. Assist in developing and maintaining workout programs. Stay abreast on latest updates in fitness industry. Ensure fitness center facility is maintained clean, safe and orderly. Ensure that fitness center equipment are kept in good working condition. Monitor the initial workouts of new customers and provide feedback. Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget. Offer various fitness programs to suite customer\xe2\x80\x99s specific needs. Work with other staffs to achieve monthly target. Ensure that all staffs follow center\xe2\x80\x99s procedures and policies. Enhance revenue by providing additional discounts and services to existing and new customers. Supervise day-to-day operations of the fitness center and personal training sessions. Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to personal training from customers. Implement customer suggestions and recommendations to optimize training program. Schedule and conduct fitness center tours to new customers and book trials class. Maintain all paperwork regarding personal training schedules and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties for Spa: The manager of a spa facility should oversee the operation of a business that provides clients with various services, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more. He or she should provide the spa visitors with a satisfying experience and manages all staff and activities of the facility. Depending of the facility, some daily duties may include human resources, office procedures, marketing, ordering supplies and materials, housekeeping, staff training, and handling complaints. Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for staff and guests. Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism for the staff to emulate. Effectively administer and monitor Staff Scheduling procedures. Manage inventory effectively. Implement a clearly established opening and closing procedure. Ensure stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key. Attend Management meetings and convey all relevant information throughout the Spa. Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa\'s operation. Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way. Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards. Develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the customer. Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair. Exhibit a professional attitude, and an Ability to handle difficult situations. Uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of customers. Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base. Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling. Education A manager has to have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in sports science, hotel management, business administration or management. Preferred: 5-10 years in Retail/ hospitality Industry/BPO/ hotel industry /sports management/ business management with gym/fitness/Candidates from Spa Industry. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The Manager requires a highly motivated team-player with the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, develop and maintain collaborative relationships, communicate effectively, as well as proactively solve problems. The ability to work flexible hours is required. Salary: - 35K to 45K (Depending on experience and skill set). Experience for manager: - 5 to 10 years Job Location: - Noida Candidate Photograph is compulsory Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month
