Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a Personal care industry based in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across various channels.

- Manage performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid channels to achieve target ROI and growth objectives.

- Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to optimize landing pages, hooks, audiences, and pre-purchase journeys for maximum conversion.

- Analyze and monitor campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bid strategies.

- Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.

- Collaborate with the content and PR teams to amplify our brand message, develop partnerships, and drive organic growth.

- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing efficiency.

- Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles, preferably within the health and wellness industry.

- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid and organic channels.

- Strong knowledge of performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and user experience (UX) design.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
