A Position Overview: Position Title PD Content and Strategy Department Distribution Training_PD Content Level/ Band 301 Assistant Manager / 401 Manager Role Summary: .Create engaging content to drive the channel initiatives .Researching industry related topics and providing insights to sales teams for driving channel goals .To manage training & development objective of the allotted Channel PARTNER .To ensure optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective. .To conduct training needs analysis and identify training needs for the allotted Channel PARTNER .To closely work with the Channel Heads to formulate training strategy as per need. .To ensure delivery of skill, behavioral & sales oriented training for performance improvement of both Trainers and Sales Leadership B Organizational Relationships: Reports To Head - Partnership Distribution Training Supervises NA C Job Dimensions: Geographic Area Covered Corporate Office, Mumbai Stakeholders Internal Channel Heads / Program Managers / LnC / PMG / Actuarial / Insights / Ops / IT External Bank Partners / Vendors D Key Result Areas: Creating content that results in performance improvement .Create engaging and result oriented content .Create content using different tolls like Powtoon, Camtasia etc. .Create content / launch plans for product launches and other key events, projects, business conferences etc .Ensure updated content is available / easily accessible to trainers / sales teams Provide operational support .Act as a Single Point of Contact for all training related issues for external as well internal stakeholders .Conduct TTT timely for the created content .Handling Queries from field Analytics/ Comparisons/MIS & Reporting .Ability to analyze competition products and provide compelling reasons basis these analysis on advantages & strengths of TALIC products vis--vis market .Formulate questionnaires to gather information from stakeholders to validate content. .Provide inputs Resulting in Process Improvement . Analyze training data to identify knowledge gaps and design content to bridge the training gaps .Conduct Field Audits to ensure correctness and standardization of information .Analyze data cuts on Performance of RM\'s pre & post training & take corrective action, plan training and coaching basis the same. E Skills Required: Technical .Content Writing | Instructional Design .Sales experience in life insurance .Good Knowledge of MS Office Power-point & Word .Life Insurance subject matter expertise .Life Insurance Product knowledge .Analytical skills to compare life insurance products .Good understanding of financial products, equity market, portfolio diversification, financial planning knowledge & skills .Team Management skills .Mentoring skills .Business perspective & planning .Performance Management skills .Finance / Insurance industry awareness .Self management .Problem solving skills Peer level co-ordination and influencing skills Behavioral Essential Desired Interpersonal skills .
