Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The role would offer an opportunity to work on Card payments and drive payment operations initiatives with our service providers, including industry\'s leading banks, Card Networks and payment aggregators. Candidate should be keen on reading industry literature, regulations and gaining a deep understanding of the Card payments and payments architecture

- Managing relationships for Card payments and other business-operation engagements.

- Managing operational tasks by gaining relevant context for driving conversations with cross functional teams including tech, accounting and business teams.

- Monitoring and reporting daily performance of the categories. Identifying areas of improvement and collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure enhancements are executed on time

- Tracking implementation of Card payments projects by our partner banks and helping prioritize adoption from banks as per our plans.

- Identifying issues & lead process streamlining as & when required. Set up SOPs for any business operational tasks and actualize it diligently.

- Assigns appropriate work and holds team members accountable for performance

Role Requirements :

- 6-8 years of experience of working with large data sets and managing multi-stakeholder engagements

- Strong analytical acumen and problem solving skills with hands-on experience of working on MS Excel and SQL.

- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals

- Be obsessed with user and merchant experience with a strong execution bias.

- Be adept at program management and building consensus across internal/external teams.

- Ability to evaluate, streamline and set up processes for scaling up business operations

- Manage, mentor, coach and bring in best practices to the working rhythms of early career employees.

Ideal candidate for this role should :

- Have 6-8 years of experience in high-growth startups/consulting firms

- MBA from a top institute.
