Description The Build Center Leader (BCL) for TNS PAY division will be accountable and responsible for building, and operating the TNS PAY entire offshore team at KGSI. TNS PAY in association with KGSI is creating an offshore Product Build Center in India. The Build Center will work closely with Design Centers located in US, Austrailia and TNS biz centers. The India based offshore Build Center team will be developing software products for TNS’ Payments market. The center is expected to grow from Zero to 60~ over next two years. This will enable 7-8 Agile Scrum teams, This team will include software developers, testers, reliability engineers, devops engineers, and architects. The BCL will build and oversea this team in entirety. The BCL will be responsible for recruiting, building, and operating the center. Success of the center will largely depend on having right people, culture, process, and technologies. Teams in Design Centers (in US, Austrailia etc locations) will provide vision and requirements for the products. The BCL will partner closely with Design Center managers to enable success of the local organization. The BCL should have track record of attracting technology talents and retaining/motivating them for success. Prior Payment/FinTech (or healthcare) insudtry contacts and background will be hugely valuable. A Day In The Life Could Include: (job responsibilities)

• Attract, plan and recruit Payment talents; Includes outreaching externally to source talents
• Build and grow the team from Zero to 30 to 60 over two years
• Lead the team of up to 60~ technology professionals bringing high engagement and retention
• Provide mentorship to mid and entry leaders in the organization
• Instill a delivery and innovation focused culture
• Establish necessary software development process, metrics and goals for the organization
• Collaborte with E&D leaders at TNS to align, tune offshore organization, and process for efficient delivery

Build and deploy TNS PAY products as per agreed upon scope and plan What You Will Need To Bring With You: (experience & education required)

• A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline; Masters degree preferred
• 2+ Years experience in building and operating Captive SW Development or similar
• 12+ years in the software development industry with progressive leadership roles in delivery and building teams
• Either FinTech/Payment or Healthcare industry experience
• Experince with Cloud, Modern container technology under Linux and AWS
• Experience leading team of 40+ technologists
• Strong communications abilities (verbal/communications) and presentation skills

Ability to travel as required What Will Put You Ahead: (experience & education preferred)
