Job Description


The incumbent will be responsible for seeking and exploring new partnership opportunities.

Armed with your business acumen you are right in the front line of interacting with Airmesh partners, you are driving & establishing successful partnerships and increasing user adoption along with the awareness of the brand.

In this high visibility role, you will have to initiate, develop, manage & optimize the relationships with different Partners across the region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that can help drive new customer acquisition and revenue; forge and develop relationships to enable continued rapid growth and expansion
  • Identify & prepare a list of potential partnerships & organize into industry such as Retail, F&B, Travel, Real Estate, Hospitality, Health Care, Education, Enterprise etc
  • Lead initiatives from concept phase, through evaluation, scoping and successful execution
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities
  • Meet prospects and arrive on common ground to exploit growing opportunities
  • Negotiate hard with the strategic partners to get the best possible deal with focus on long term gains
  • Develop deep and long standing relationship with the partners - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical
  • Own the terms of business with the partner; Ensure high-share of mind from the partner& build deep ties
  • Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc
  • Leverage data and market research to determine effectiveness of each strategic partnership
  • Partner interests will be varied \xe2\x80\x93 monetization of traffic & customers, test a new business category, association with more brands, improve wallet share etc
  • Effective implementation & achievement of agreed goals with partners by creating marketing plans & strategies
  • Initiate, plan and executive creative local marketing strategies, brand visibility programs and user growth campaigns to encourage user adoption and penetration of the product/services in the market; Be a part of Airmesh\xe2\x80\x99s Local Events and PR activities
  • Account management
  • Liaison with the regional & central teams
Desired Candidate profile:
  • MBA with 4+ years of experience with 2+ years in partnership role; Graduation in technology will be added advantage
  • Self-Starter; Result driven & Goal orientated
  • Excellent communication skills; Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
  • Experience in managing and growing remote markets
  • Ability to think strategic and translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
  • Pleasing & presentable personality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership
  • Stellar networking & negotiation skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
  • Startup sales experience is a big plus
  • Very strong on problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven
  • Desire and ability to think like the customer
  • Strong understanding of technology and business
  • Independently scouted and launched partnerships
