Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates with potential distribution channels.

- Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth.

- Look out for new opportunities for acquisition of clients in mass through partners.

- Build an integrated eco-system to support SMB's & Partners across India.

- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Cashfree services in coordination with the different sales.

- Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management cross-functionally and externally.

- Drive collaboration with partners and internal teams to complete the implementation of projects.

- Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with Tier 1 partners in India, including ensuring partners are fulfilling their obligations and that Cashfree is providing the required support for them to do so.

- Represent Cashfree in external-facing events.

- Experience in negotiating agreements.

- Bring to light latent potential by being analytical and presenting business insights.

- Act as the final point of escalation on service and business issues from the account.

- Interface with marketing on opportunities and risks with the accounts to develop customized communication strategy.

- You will need to leverage your expertise to engage, develop and strongly influence decision-makers (CXO level) within large corporations and demonstrate Cashfree's differentiated value.

- Success in this role is measured by achieving allocated Partnerships sales targets, the number of Partnerships executed, TPV and by demonstrating strong consulting/analytical & thought leadership skills.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of overall experience, preferred if most of it is in building or managing a partner network especially in payments, ecommerce, cross border logistics, Ecommerce ERP's and other SMB led platforms.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in written and verbal communications.

- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.

- High level of organization and focus to work in a greenfield market.

- Ability to see the bigger picture.

Good to have:

- Experience in FinTech / Technology organizations

- Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
