Manager Outbound Logistics
Job Description
Purpose of the role
1. To provide insight thru timley anaylsis of Transit Data and correct visibility for Delightful Customer Experience.
2. To ensure timely payment to trasnporters and freight process simplification.
3. Identify cost saving opportunies and harnessing the same.
4. Digitization of Outbound processes.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) Freight Analysis, working, Updation, and communication to the concern dept.
2) Transit time performance report preparation and analysis, and communication to all Area Offices.
3) To ensure timely payment to the Transporter, clearing error log in transport payment portal.
4) Monthly MIS for saving, actual spent vs budget, and transit time performance.
5) Transportation cost working including verification of Toll Receipts and other cost.
