Role description A Position Overview Position Title Manager - Operations Department Operations Head Level/ Band Manager Role Summary : The employee will be part of the Operations strategy & Governance vertical. The role requires the applicant to manage head of operations and other internal and external Operations meetings and ensure effective ATR management from these meetings and weekly reporting to Head of Operations and COS team respectively. The applicant will also require to have a in-depth knowledge of MS-Excel , Project management tool & (SQL experience would be preferred) and would be required to work on granular policy level / pending level data to derive business inferences from time-to-time. The role also entails assisting the function in providing executive and strategic support, including adhoc requirements from the Manager, Central Strategy team or from the Head of Operations. B Organizational Relationships Reports to AVP - Operations Supervises none C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered All India Stakeholders Internal All Employees / Managers / Senior Management / ExCo of our Company External Agents / Advisors / Partners D Key Result Areas (Roles & Responsibilities) Data analytics, MIS and Ad hoc projects / initiatives +Finding out root cause for improving / falling KPI trends using knowledge of excel - working on policy / pending level data +Ensure regular tracking of Sr Management related actionables +Create reserve bandwidth for unforeseen / ad hoc initiatives / projects Meetings and ATR management +Ensure publishing and end-to-end management of ATRs from various internal and external Operations meetings and timely reporting to COS team +End-to-end management of structure meeting Deck/information +Collaborate with teams and ensure ATRs are published on the same day a meeting happens. Internal and external business reporting +Responsible for carrying out all review meetings and ensuring relevant material is shared with the senior management beforehand. +Ensure relevance, accuracy & timeliness from the content perspective +Engaging with Internal teams in developing specific strategies (Targets ) +Ensure higher synergy between internal teams (Operations) +Responsible for Quarterly RNR plan & execution E Competencies (Please copy paste from Competency Dictionary) Competency For Proficiency Scale Proficiency Scale Description Communication Skills Good verbal & written communication skills to understand the ideas of the employees at various levels & put them in the most suitable words. 3 Has good communication skills, can communicate in English & Hindi language, is patient & establishes a good rapport with the employees. Influencing Skills Persistent & methodical approach towards influencing employees at various levels to achieve the objective of receiving the desired information, the required data, or the photo or video to be utilized in an emailer or an event. 3 Has good influencing skills, is persistent, methodical and resourceful when procuring required data from employees at various levels. Establishes good rapport & working relationship with the incumbent.
