Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree
- 3 years of work experience in the Hospital or Healthcare Industry
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Handle center operations seamlessly.
- Achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage branch expenses within budget.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies through digital and print media.
- Plan and organize medical camps and community health programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with press, advertising companies, and organizations.
- Collaborate with external doctors to expand referral networks.
- Resolve patient and staff concerns with empathy and compassion.
- Ensure a positive patient experience.
- Supervise front office services and staffing. & Training
- Oversee patient invoicing, billing, and financial integrity.
- Liaise with government offices for regulatory compliance.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
- Ensure adherence to process orientation.
