Job Title Manager Operations : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Paper Roll Management and Deinstall to oversee the end-to-end process of paper roll file creation, raising purchase orders (PO) with vendors, distribution management, MIS (Management Information System), and performance management of collection agencies. As the Head of Paper Roll Management and Deinstall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of paper rolls, optimizing distribution processes, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for managing the performance of collection agencies and generating timely and insightful MIS reports. Responsibilities: Proactive Paper Roll File Creation: Develop and implement strategies for proactive paper roll file creation based on market demand and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand paper roll specifications and ensure timely availability of required rolls. Liaise with vendors to procure high-quality paper rolls and manage inventory levels to meet production needs. Regularly assess paper roll file creation processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Purchase Order (PO) Management: Raise and manage purchase orders with vendors for paper roll procurement, ensuring accurate specifications and timely delivery. Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate favourable terms and conditions with vendors to optimize costs. Monitor and track POs, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing. Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution of paper rolls to various locations, coordinating with logistics providers for timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize routing, minimize transportation costs, and improve delivery timelines. Monitor and track distribution processes, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any distribution-related issues or challenges. MIS (Management Information System): Establish and maintain a robust MIS system to capture and analyse data related to paper roll management and distribution. Generate timely and accurate MIS reports, providing insights on inventory levels, distribution metrics, and performance indicators. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and present findings to management. Collection Agencies Performance Management: Evaluate, select, and manage collection agencies for effective recovery of outstanding payments. Define performance metrics, set targets, and regularly assess the performance of collection agencies. Provide guidance and support to collection agencies, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical practices. Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection processes and minimize outstanding dues. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred. Proven experience in paper roll management, distribution management, and vendor management. Strong knowledge of paper roll specifications, printing industry standards, and distribution logistics. Proficiency in using MIS tools and systems to analyse data and generate reports. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and collection agencies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
