Key Result Areas Project Management / Business Analyst Good Understanding of life insurance products and its life cycle Ability in understanding and pre-empting the information needs of the customers and requirements of customer facing teams to deliver a best-in-class service experience Ability to understand and articulate User Requirements / Business Requirement Documents in detail encompassing all relevant systems and regulatory requirements. Ability to coordinate with stakeholders from various departments and designations to ensure proper project delivery Create detailed test scopes and test plan and ensure testing is done meticulously including post-production movement testing.
