Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence F&B Manager responsibilities include: Formulating financial, catering, and marketing policies and strategies. Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Design exceptional menus for main meals, tuck shops and internal and external events and continuously make necessary improvements. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Establish and continuously make necessary improvements on targets, KPI\'s, schedules, policies and procedures Planning kitchen equipment\'s, cutlery and crockery requirements for new locations. Monitoring performance of the departments. Implementing hygiene and safety standards. Scheduling a training program for all the staff of the food and beverage department. Keeping the staff updated on the latest trends in the food and beverage sectors. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork Comply with all health and safety regulations and compliances. Share management report on a timely basis. Digitised audits at vendor location across locations to ensure more control on operations & minimise dependency on manpower. Introduction of top line Tea, coffee and snacks vending machines Ecafe upgrade QBR\'s for top vendors Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Culinary degree is preferred Great organizational skills Ability to forecast how much food is needed Ability to delegate tasks Great leadership abilities Deep knowledge of the food industry Customer oriented mindset Ability to communicate with all levels of staff Ability to create reports to give to ownership Experience 10-12 years of relevent experience in food indsutry.
