Nivesh has grown rapidly in the last 7 years of its existence and today manages Rs. 1,100 crores as AUM through 5,000+ partners spread across 500 cities in India. The insurance vertical (Nivesh Insurance) was started last year and the current year business target is Rs. 40 crore of gross premium. The total team strength is about 90. The corporate office is located in Noida and has branches in Mumbai and Jaipur. The company is supported by leading investors including IAN Fund and LV Angel Fund. Job Responsibilities: Manage back-office operations for Mutual Funds and other financial products Team handling, oversee team activities and ensuring smooth flow of operation Design new processes/policies for the Operations function Track regulatory changes and ensure adherence in the organization Handle audit-related activities Handle business MISs and provide data analysis for business growth Monitor execution of Mutual Fund transactions and ensure timely allotments Coordinate with AMCs, RTA, BSE and other stakeholder for seamless transactions and query resolution Maintain accurate transaction records to meet regulatory requirements. Monitor Client/Sub-broker issues, track operational metrics, and identify optimization opportunities. Ideal Candidates: 7-10 years of work experience in Mutual Funds and other financial products back office operations with 2-3 years of experience in team handling. Experience preferably in Fintech, Wealth Management, Banks, AMCs, or Broking companies Strong focus on automation, continuous process improvement, and efficiency Academic Qualifications Education : MBA/Mcom + NISM Certification will be Plus.
