Roles and Responsibilities Experience, Educational Qualification:

B.E./ B.Tech/Diploma in any discipline.
Experience More than 6 years of experience for engineering degree and 10 years for Diploma holders. Experience with minimum 5 years in Data Centre /Infrastructure Management and knowledge of Data Centre/ Non-IT operations management. Experience of managing Tier III data centre operation with minimum 50 racks is desirable Experience in Data Centre /Non-IT/Infrastructure Projects Monitoring and usage of SLA management tool like DCIM, IBMS and Athenta etc. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills. Ability to work with multiple business functions/capabilities. Certification for Incident management. Preference will be given to Project Management/ITIL/ISO 27001-LA certified Professional
Job Profile:
Single Point of Contact for Managerial responsibilities of the operations of the Data Centre managed by the Data Centre Service Provider (DCSP) and Managed Service Infrastructure Provider (MSIP) as well as all Infrastructure related issues Managing and assisting office in procurement of required services for the project implementation/admin support. Monitoring and maintaining record of all Statutory Compliances at office and liasoning with in-house/external agencies/Statutory bodies for obtaining compliances. Assistance in management of contracts, interpretation of contracts and & monitoring of Contract / SLA compliance by various Vendors/Partners like FMS/HKS/DCMA/Vehicle Provider etc. Should have hands on experience on managing the IBMS, DCIM, HVAC, Electrical systems, UPS, DG, Fire and safety equipment etc. Assist UIDAI in monitoring of a robust business continuity and disaster recovery process including inspection/ surveillance plan/ building security plan, certifications and acceptance of data centre etc. Defining requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment including resources and schedule for project implementation. To ensure all the Information Security Management System policies and processes are implemented and followed, by maintaining Knowledge Management Data Base, Known Error Data Base and Standard Operating Procedure Responsible for developing project plans & estimates and handling end-to-end project management function. From scoping & requirements gathering through implementation and deployment. Should proactively monitor and manages execution of deliverables through all project phases. Risk Management, Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning by capturing the solutions and leading best. Practices deployed in the data centre. Responsible for conducting &assisting UIDAI during Internal Audits, External Audits, facilitating Visits of External Teams at MDC Complex and closure of Audit findings. To verify PPM Activity of Non-IT Assets (under AMC) done by AMC Contractor. Day to day co-ordination with MSIP Team for smooth CIDR Operations. Any other job as assigned by UIDAI from time to time as per requirement
CTC: Upto 21 Lakhs Per Annum
