JOB SUMMARY

  • Managing end-to-end MIS and Reporting for Axis bank, fulfilling data requirement needs of the banks various teams and other internal depts. to achieve and drive KPI\'s
  • Work closely with Channel Partner for Internal, RBI & IRDA audit requirements/queries and ensure compliance
  • Management of Ongoing and upcoming projects related to Axis Bank and handling internal coordination, process set-ups and reporting set-ups.
  • Coordination and collaboration with relevant departments and channel partner to ensure implementation and execution of key identified initiatives
  • Driving various process and operational excellence Projects and Initiatives for ease of business and enhancing business quality measures for channel partner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating and rolling out monthly Operations and performance dashboard for Axis Bank to the management and channel partner highlighting various data cuts& improvement areas.
  • Driving various process and operational excellence initiatives for ease of business and enhancing business quality measures for channel partner
  • Creating and preparing various presentations to be shared with senior management and channel partner as and when required as per the scheduled dates.
  • Liaison with Channel Partners for Internal, RBI & IRDAI audits, Process and Compliance Adherence & Automation
  • Building Relationship & people capabilities to ensure a skilled team is in place to drive the operational excellence agenda of the organisation
  • Delivery of reports and analysis on various Parameters of Business & processing to derive plan of action for improvement
  • Enhancing existing/Creating new reports by writing logics and BRD\'s/CR\'s basis channel partner requirements and coordination with IT for end-to-end closure post UAT sign-off
  • Setting up and Initiating new data sets/requirements/IT extracts asked by the channel partner on various parameters
  • Enabling and supporting distribution with various data sets, reports and dashboards requiring creation or enhancement of new or existing reports
  • Working closely with internal departments on reports automation agenda
  • Fulfilling channel partner requirements raised by internal audit team by closely liaisoning with them
  • Resolution of other department queries and closure with timelines along with Resolution to Business partner query.
  • Strengthen structure around compliance with respect to New business processing and customer transaction
Measures of Success
  • 100% Timely & Accurate Delivery of Reports and Dashboards to pertinent customers
  • Accurate reconciliation of business data / reports
  • Reports creation (BRD/logics) and testing/UAT/Sanity (coordination with IT/BPMA)
  • Bank related MIS/Reporting ask fulfillment
  • Various enhancement requested on existing reports by bank/internal stake holders
  • User friendly customization of analytical report.
  • Smooth transitioning of reports to BPMA
  • Number of Initiatives deployed to bring in process improvements
  • Drive various fulfillment related projects
  • Rolling out new guidelines for distribution adherence
  • Effective alignment across departments with minimal escalations
  • Feedback from channel Partner

Desired qualification and experience :
  • A Graduate/MBA
  • Experience of 8-12 years plus in operations or customer services in a financial services industry
