Job Summary . Manager - Operations and Service Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' To design and deliver Talent and Leadership Development interventions in the Operations Vertical that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance at both National and Regional levels. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - 1. TAT and Partner Management . Developing maintaining and delivering results as per agreed SOWs with partners. . Working closely with service partners to ensure service SLA are met . Support the service team in ensuring TAT is delivered as agreed and there are no escalations received. . Ensuring no RBI/SMT escalations across queues managed 2. Team management and coaching . Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team when required . Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team . Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines . Major Challenges - . Managing expectations of multiple stakeholders in an ecosystem of various partners & diverse lines of businesses with diverse set of stakeholders and bringing them on-board for driving horizonal changes/ developments . Managing multiple projects of varied magnitude at the same time and also ensuring BAU is not impacted . SLA and Partner Management . Key Decisions / Dimensions - . Decision on utilization of provided HC to deliver expected results Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications . Minimum Qualification: Graduation b) Work Experience . Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in BPO and deep understanding of BFSI Sector will be an advantage . Experience in stakeholder and team management (BPO experience would be preferred)
