:

This role involves working to support senior leadership of EXL and its purpose is to manage POD initiatives as well as administrative goings-on of the leadership office, offering administrative and secretarial support while managing internal communications with supply of relevant reports at quick turnaround time. Additional adhoc projects, presentation & project management task to be managed.

Key Accountabilities

• General administration and arrangements
• Scheduling meetings and completing tasks with relevant stakeholders
• Handling responsibilities related to client/senior leadership visits
• Handling bills and budget

Skills and Knowledge

• Being able to balance competing needs, excellent time management, strong customer service and engagement capabilities, as well as networking skills.
• Demonstrated ability for upskilling quickly in knowledge of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s applications and tools, an understanding of governance and the corporate culture and language of the business, and corporate processes and procedures
• Experience of managing an office of a senior leader in an BPO/KPO environment
• Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written/oral communication skills

Specific Role Competencies
