Orchestration Engineer Job Summary: At EXL, we are developing solutions for some of the most exciting and challenging AI and NLP business problems. We are searching for orchestration engineers who can innovate, design, and deliver scalable production infrastructure that enables development teams. As an Orchestration Engineer, you are expected to have a keen interest in cloud technologies and stay current with the latest developments in this field. You are expected to play a vital development role in building best-practices-based DevOps culture. Your major duty is to collaborate with development and product teams and deliver a robust, performant, and scalable orchestrated infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: Deliver a robust, performant, and scalable orchestrated infrastructure. Collaborate with the development team to deploy AI solutions in production. Collaborate with the development and product teams to highlight existing best practices. Interact with clients and internal business teams to assess solution feasibility, as well as design and develop solutions. Play a vital role in building a DevOps culture based on best practices. Champion engineering excellence by continuously improving systems and processes. Effectively participate in the team\'s planning, code reviews, and design discussions. Develop and maintain data integration, transformation, and processing workflows. Develop and maintain data pipeline orchestration workflows. Education & Qualifications: Number of years of work experience: 5+ years Required Skills: Experience with Python. Understanding of machine learning models and pipelines. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure is a must. Experience with containerization and container orchestration (preferably Docker and Kubernetes) in a cloud environment (preferably AWS). Experienced in delivering robust, performant, and scalable orchestrated infrastructure in a cloud environment. Working experience with front-end development, API layer, and database ORM. Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including automated server or network configurations, monitoring, and testing. Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Experience with automating system configurations, orchestrating network operations and DevOps pipelines, scaling, releases, and day-to-day system operations in cloud environments. Working knowledge of secrets management tools and practices like Vault and KMS. Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture, security by design, and deployment automation practices. Proficiency with Source Code Management and build systems like Git. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies. Organized, self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
