Strong experience in Network Services (LAN, WAN). Good exposure to Passive infrastructure solutions High Proficiency in MS office/ Project/ Access. Must possess good Hardware- Networking technical skills. Communication & Documentation skills Initiative, Judgment, Drive and innovation Problem identification and analytical ability Decision making and convincing ability. Managing processes and documentation in the areas of Change Management, Availability management, Capacity management. Coordinating and supporting Infrastructure teams on Technology & Telecom Infrastructure in Datacenters. Skills like Vendor management, Budgeting & control, IT Project management. Should have basic understanding of multiple technologies networks - Data / Voice / Video technologies. Has exposed to and worked on LAN, WAN, Service provider Telecom Infrastructure. Had worked in 24x7 support environment and works comfortably in Global teams. Configuration and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN. Experience in Service Delivery and managing SLA\'s. Problem management, incident management, and monitor the health of IT systems & solutions.
