Position Summary
One is expected to demonstrate good service delivery ability in the area of software development. Someone with minimal guidance should be able to perform operations, invoicing, people management, hiring & stakeholder relations. Someone who is open to learn new technologies and contribute in driving transformation practices such as CMMI, Lean etc. Job Responsibilities

• 
  Manage day to day delivery as per agreed SLA
• Manage escalations
• Conduct review meetings
• Manage people
• Drive talent development program
• Manage invoicing

Drive transformation practices
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience
12 to 14 years of relevant experience in IT domains
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• 
  Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills

Hands-on service delivery experience
