Inviting applications for the role of Manager - NetDevOps - Automation & AI Specialist
We require an automation engineer with some Python/Bash scripting and Git knowledge who will work in teams addressing automation for manual work and develop some tool as well using Python for Genpact IT functions under the guidance of senior members of the team. In this role, he/she will contribute to the development of Infra & Cloud Automations and Tool to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities
As Automation AI Specialist, he/she will be part of the Infra & Cloud Automation team working with cross-disciplinary Genpact and Digital Technology stakeholders to provide solutions.
This role needs are:

• Developing software/automation based on requirements from business stakeholders
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements
• Developing specifications, design document, and technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of Orchestration, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Keeping up to date on new technologies for application development
• Communicating with other developers in the team to ensure that their work doesn't create any conflicts or problems with other parts of the project.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Ensuring there is no dependency on him/her.
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Network & Cloud
• Follow Agile & log his/her work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Understand, scale and manage Orchestrations
• Develop analytics within well-defined projects to address stakeholders needs and opportunities.
• Work in technical teams in development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
• Work with team on different projects parallelly.
• Generate reports using database on Power BI/Fabric.
• Share and discuss findings with team members.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science
• Demonstrated skill in the use of one or more analytic software tools or languages (e.g., Python, Scripting, Microsoft Azure/AWS, Any Database, API's)
• Demonstrated skill on understanding business requirement and based on requirement heshe can finalize what is the best solution.
• Demonstrated awareness API, Functions, Registry and Database. (For example- SNOW development)
• Demonstrated use of Python, Bash, Microsoft Azure/AWS, Any Database, Node.js and other software programming languages.
• Demonstration use of Automation and use of API to develop internal application
• Demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day solutions
• Demonstrated awareness of New AI Protocols and orchestrations in the market.
• Demonstrated awareness of LLMs & RAGs & GPTs.
• Demonstrated awareness of customer and stakeholder management and business metrics

• Demonstrated awareness of how to function in a team setting, align with team goals.
• Demonstrated awareness of critical thinking and problem-solving methods
• Demonstrated awareness of presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership behaviours - act with humility, lead with transparency, and deliver with focus
