- Qualification: Graduation with bioscience (Preferred B.Pharm)
- Relevant Experience:
- 2-3 years in sales training function in pharmaceuticals
- Training experience in Respiratory domain (preferred)
- Sales experience upto FLM
- Hands-on experience of training through digital media

2 Close co-ordination with all stake holders (Division Head/ Marketing/ Medical/ Field Force)
3 Planning, Calendarizing and budgeting training interventions at ME/ ASM level as per divisional requirement
4 Execution of training interventions like Ignite, eBridge, Re-Ignite, Digital Learning
5 Delivering medical & skill based workshops for MEs/ assisting senior trainer in managerial workshops
6 Use of Blended learning - balancing physical & digital learning for a continuous learning approach of field force
7 Post-program analysis of training programs & planning way ahead.
