• As the Associate Manager of ODS, EDW you will lead a team of ETL, Oracle SQL developer and few corporate application

• You will have worked on various Integration design, Entity design and have deep knowledge of backend databases, delivering high impact reports to stakeholders, building reporting models to solve real business problems.

• You will be the key person in delivering high business impact projects.

• You will be hands-on and can directly work on data preparation, analysis, modeling and reporting and business analysis

• Have deep knowledge in Data warehouse, SQL, Oracle, DataStage, SSIS

• Take complete ownership of Data Integration using ETL tool, Operational Data Source and various partner integration

• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to map the user requirements into data mapping.

Vendor Management

Vendor Management

• Manage all the vendor resources who support Data Stage, SSIS, ODS, EDW, and few corporate apps.
  

Capacity Planning

• Provide critical inputs for new ETL, ODS, EDW, enhancements and provide timely updates on the status of the enhancements.
  

Compliance

100% Customer Data protection and participate in Audit activities (Internal as well as External)



Facilitate DR Drills as per schedule & ensure DR Infrastructure readiness for BCP Users at site

Technical

• Data warehouse, Data Stage, SSIS, Oracle, SQL.

• Expert who can take complete ownership regulatory and internal reporting.

• Good Life Insurance domain knowledge

• Act as a Business Analyst and Data Architecture

• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

• Feasibility studies ,technical advice and other Business support requirements

• Certifications : Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of data architecture would be added advantage.
