Tata Business Hub is looking for a talented Senior Risk & Policy Manager, with experience of lending and risk assessment for MSMEs and SMEs. Your responsibilities will include drafting credit risk policies, building score cards for different lending products like unsecured business loan, credit card, working capital limit etc for MSMEs focussed towards bridging the credit gap for MSMEs on the nexarc platform. You will be tasked to build Business Rule Engines, EWS, monitoring models. Maintaining the health of the overall portfolio. For most of these products, nexarc will be a digital aggregator and will not take direct exposure on its balance sheet and hence, alignment with Lenders on policies is key to ensure an optimum balance between approval rates and health of portfolio
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity.
