Assist in planning, coordinating, and execute MICE, events, on-ground activations such as reward felicitation and channel engagements. Build relationships with MICE operators and event agencies for seamless execution.
Manage the entire event lifecycle -planning, recce to final event, from negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management to execution.
Ensure all events align with the companys brand image and objectives.
Coordination with field team / internal stakeholders for coordination & entire logistics planning for event.
