Job Description
M&A Manager for a Global IT MNC in Mumbai.
- Responsible for minority investments and M&A activity.
- The candidate should be capable of thinking out of the box, identify new trends and develop investment theses backed by quality data.
Key job responsibilities:
The individual will be independently responsible for:
- Building a pipeline and Sourcing investible opportunities
- Assist the team in execution of transactions.
- Monitor the investment portfolio
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA /CFA/ MBA from top B schools with 3 -7 year experience in Investment banking, private equity / merger and acquisition (consumer/fashion/retail). Handled end to end deals (sourcing/financial modelling/research/valuation/closing deals/post -merger acquisitions)
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
Domain: pharma/healthcare/retail/consumers- private equity / venture capital (NO for real estate).
