Job Description
M&A Manager for a Global IT MNC in Mumbai.- Responsible for minority investments and M&A activity.- The candidate should be capable of thinking out of the box, identify new trends and develop investment theses backed by quality data.Key job responsibilities:The individual will be independently responsible for:- Building a pipeline and Sourcing investible opportunities- Assist the team in execution of transactions.- Monitor the investment portfolioBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- CA /CFA/ MBA from top B schools with 1 - 6 years experience in Investment banking, private equity / merger and acquisition (consumer/fashion/retail). Handled end to end deals (sourcing/financial modelling/research/valuation/closing deals/post -merger acquisitions)- 2+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience- 2+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.Domain: pharma/healthcare/retail/consumers- private equity / venture capital (NO for real estate).Interested candidates can mail their profiles to jpabhishek@searchlight.co.in or call us @ 040-35596951.
