Manager Mechanical Maintenance
Job Description
Ensure equipment availability - time & condition based maintenance Trouble shooting & root cause analysis - learning from failure Initiate /implement improvement initiatives and departmental projects Comply applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements Maintain effective meaningful interface with internal and external interested parties, and regulatory authorities. Resource utilisation & optimisation - loss & wastage reduction Inventory management - just in time spares management. Effective planning, execution and review for maintenance activities in coordination with all stake holders- shutdown planning & review Adherence to maintenance budget - normal & special budget compliance Ensure efficient & reliable plant performance leveraging technical advancement in maintenance - partnering with expert specialised group and Contract management Skills . Knowledge & skill of power plant Equipment including its auxiliaries and related maintenance . Knowledge of safety standards and various legal requirement related to Power plant maintenance including Indian Boiler regulation . Competency of using common computer software and TQM tools/practices
