Job Description

A Mechanical Manager leads engineering teams, overseeing design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, machinery, etc.), ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing staff, resources, safety, and for efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise mechanical engineers/technicians, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and foster skill development.
• Project Oversight: Manage project lifecycles, from concept to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery.
• Design & Technical Direction: Guide mechanical design (HVAC, piping, machinery), review drawings, ensure compliance with standards, and implement best practices.
• Maintenance & Operations: Plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimize downtime, manage spare parts, and ensure equipment reliability.

Management: Control project budgets, manage procurement, and allocate resources effectively. : Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols (SOPs, zero accidents). : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and distributors to align goals and manage expectations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in

software and engineering tools. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Knowledge of maintenance principles, safety, and project management.
• Experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
