Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Identify potential markets and sales opportunities. Set monthly/quarterly sales targets for the team.

Team Management



Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives. Monitor performance and provide coaching or support. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
3.

Client Handling



Meet with potential buyers and provide property tours. Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns. Negotiate deals and close sales.
4.

Marketing Coordination



Work with the marketing team to plan promotions, events, and digital campaigns. Provide feedback on marketing material and lead quality.
5.

Documentation & Compliance



Oversee the preparation of legal documents like booking forms, sale agreements, etc. Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations.
6.

Reporting



Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
7.

Relationship Management



Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents. Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and future sales.
8.

Market Intelligence



Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new projects. Provide insights to help with pricing, project planning, and sales strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
