Job Description
Role: Marketing and sales ManagerEmployment type: Full TimeLocation: Chhattisgarh, PondicherryJob description :- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.- Prepare presentations for the meetings- Set, monitor and report on team goals- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of company relationship with them.- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives (ref:updazz.com)
