Job Responsibilities
BRAND / PARTNER : \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that the brand aesthetics are not compromised. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that windows are in sync with Brand Windows and merchandise drops. Create a VM Calendar at the beginning of each season and ensure adherence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Upgrade and value add to existing stores. \xe2\x80\xa2 Brand relationship building / management. \xe2\x80\xa2 New store launch - design, planning. BUDGET : \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget definition for the year by the month for each store. \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget Control. Verify and confirm rates for all non - regular props. \xe2\x80\xa2 Vendor management and vendor base updating. \xe2\x80\xa2 New store launch - budgeting. Administrative \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure weekly VM reports are being sent and feedback being given on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and maintain VM guidelines and ensure adherence leading 100% customer readiness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure PO process is being followed and expense tracker is being maintained. People Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Train Store wise VM champs. VM induction to the NEW joins at store level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct a quarterly VM refresher training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with individual store managers / directors to understand sales patterns and provide store specific solutions to maximise productivity.



Education Requirements
PG/ certificate course in Visual Merchandising.



Experience Requirements
8 to12 years



Skills & Competencies
\xe2\x80\xa2 Good Aesthetic sense \xe2\x80\xa2 Good economic sense with budgetary controls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good energy levels - with ability to be involved in multiple tasks and ability to juggle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good vendor management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to see the larger picture \xe2\x80\x93 ability to zoom in & zoom out.
