Key Result Areas/Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass online and offline channels to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and consistent. Oversee the creation and execution of compelling content across various platforms, including social media, website, email, and more. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and impact. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company\'s marketing strategies remain innovative and effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors. Participate in the development of the company\'s branding and positioning strategies. Desired Qualifications: Master\'s Degree with specialization in marketing. 5+ years prior experience in marketing operations/execution role. Must be tech savvy and understands social media concepts. Is adaptive, collaborative, and executes flawlessly. Strong expertise in handling multiple projects in a high-growth environment. Strong ability to communicate clearly.
