Role : Marketing Operations ManagerType : Full TimeJob description : - Coordination between internal external stakeholders (creative, product, sales team, design vendors) for delivery of marketing collaterals. Managing logistics setup required for all offline marketing campaigns- Management maintenance of branding material- Vendor Management : Scouting, onboarding managing various vendors. Key coordinator for invoice clearance for external partners- Sourcing merchandising various items required for execution of marketing campaigns.- Inventory management of branding collateral and campaign related products- Lead execution of marketing events like exhibitions, melas, apartment complex activations etc. Work closely with the in-house marketing team to develop and help execute hyperlocal campaigns across the city.- Creating a hiring plan for interns freelance sales executives. Training managing them to help execute customer activation campaigns.- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.Requirements :- An inherent drive to get things done.- Good interpersonal skills.- 1-14 years of experience BTL marketing or operations is a must. An understanding of the logistics required to execute brand building and BTL marketing activations, on-ground activities promotional activities- Ability to think on your feet make quick decisions with available information- Motivation to meet timelines despite everything and the ability to work under pressure- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.- Good spoken written communication skills- Attention to detail.- Willing to learn not only operations but also marketing and the other functionsGood to have :- Background or interest in fashion design.- Existing relationships network in sourcing merchandising.
