Role: Plan, execute, and monitor Marketing, PR, Digital, E-Commerce and Visual Merchandising strategies for Homeware / Children Lifestyle business in India across D2C / GT / MT / Ecom / Institutional customers.
She / He will also manage the annual marketing budget in line with market performance and sales trend. The marketing executive reports into the role.
MARKETING OPERATIONS
Be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of the brand / category strategy
- Work closely with the BH on managing marketing budgets across channels
- Plan and execute regional marketing on a local 360 marketing campaign (new launch and product boost)
- Forecast and ensure timely availability of new launches, marketing / PR / GTM strategies channel wise
CHANNEL-WISE PROMOTIONS
- Plan, execute and monitor the monthly marketing and promotions calendar for all channels
- Plan, execute and monitor the big events, e.g., Festiveal Sale, Big Billion Day, Prime Sales Events,
- Ensure conversion of spends into sales on real time basis
DIGITAL AND PR
Be fully accountable for consistent online and offline disruption through digital and PR:
- Plan digital and PR calendar independently in alignment with the BH on key priorities
- E-Comm: Support E-comm through paid ads, emailers and organic content to drive and convert traffic
IN STORE ANIMATION
- Plan and execute in-store animations and activities, and offers including Key sales and launch events
- Negotiate brand collaborations for co-hosting events outside participating Retailer and drive traffic to store
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Manage VM in coordination with regional teams, suppliers
Required :
- 15 + years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, e-commerce, digital marketing
- Consumer product marketing experience preferred.
- Proficient in excel and proven experience using data to make business recommendations
- Experience developing strong PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership audience
- Must have experience in identifying, coordinating and executing plans with Agencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with multiple business models and understand the impact
- Strong strategic thinker who approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency, who works well under pressure and under tight deadlines
