About the Team
The GCS India Marketing team is responsible for driving demand generation via digital channels, delivering quality digital leads to the sales team, responsible for all aspects of customer marketing including customer triggers, cross sell/upsell, digital experiences & capabilities, customer communications and portfolio engagement strategies.
The team embodies a fast paced and dynamic culture, operates nimbly and embraces teamwork, accountability, flexibility and a will to win attitude. There is a strong collaboration component to this role as this role will work closely with the Sales team, Product, Servicing, Central teams, Finance, Compliance and Consumer.
An excellent opportunity has emerged for a Senior Manager - Marketing role, reporting to the Director & Head of Marketing in Global Commercial Services (GCS) India at American Express. This is a people leader position responsible for marketing and engagement for American Express India\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Clients and Cardmembers and will lead a diverse range of marketing initiatives across customer lifecycle, business segments and channels. Focus areas include, but not limited to customer early engagement, digital adoption, growing spends / billing, driving loyalty, reducing attrition, and creative communications across channels.
