Job Description

The Visual Communications Lead is responsible for the design, development, and execution of all marketing materials that support products, services and the overall company branding initiatives in the go to market plan.
Primary Responsibilities

• Lead design of effective marketing materials and promotional pieces including, but not limited to, web and mobile pages, electronic newsletters, ads, brochures, emails, direct mail pieces, info graphics, power point presentations, scientific posters, branded promotional materials
• Managing outside print vendors, providing accurate time and cost estimates to internal requests
• Provide creative solutions for marketing campaigns
• Assist in the design and cleanup of client-facing presentations
• Responsible for art concepts and design of the Company’s website
• Works hand in hand with the Web Master to develop any creative needs for site projects
• Designs high quality, creative advertising materials including: print ads, static and animated banners, email campaigns and other interactive
• Executes creative for tradeshow events including booth design, banner design, monitor flash presentation design, collateral, table tents, signs and information packets for attendees
• Product Interface Design - Create pixel-perfect assets for products including icons, page layout and design
• Manages office monitors virtually through Exhibio
• Advise on all technical visual needs and/or issues

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by:

• Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
• Participating in the modification of company SOPs related to Medical Affairs
• Keeps management informed of projects and any current issues

Qualifications:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or similar

Experience:

• 7+ of professional graphic design and creative management experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, detailed-orientated and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills for working with internal or external customers and vendors
• A thorough knowledge of marketing concepts, practices and procedures as it relates to marketing materials, communication campaigns and website design and development
• The ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually to meet tight deadlines, supporting teammates
• Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Possesses superior visual conceptual skills and knowledge of the ever changing internet
