Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Marketing Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals.

Drive product marketing initiatives including brochures, technical data sheets, videos, and presentations.

Support sales and business teams with marketing collaterals, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.

Plan and manage participation in

technical fairs, exhibitions, and industry events within and outside India

, covering event selection, branding, booth design, and post-event engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign design and execution.

2. Branding & Corporate Identity



Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all internal and external communication channels.

Manage the development of marketing and packaging materials aligned with brand guidelines.

Partner with creative and design agencies for brand development and communication initiatives.

Lead internal branding and communication programs to promote values and culture.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence



Enhance digital presence through its website, LinkedIn, and other B2B digital platforms.

Create and execute digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, product promotion, and lead generation.

Develop a content calendar covering news, product launches, case studies, and participation in industry events.

Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.

4. Corporate Communications & PR



Develop a cohesive communication narrative for the company's brand and leadership.

Manage external communications including press releases, media coverage, and corporate announcements.

Create marketing content such as success stories, newsletters, and technical articles to highlight innovation and expertise.

Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and alignment.

5. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis



Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Leverage data and customer feedback from exhibitions and campaigns to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience



MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

6-8 years of experience

in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in

chemical, pigment, coatings, or B2B manufacturing industries.



Hands-on experience in

technical fairs, trade exhibitions, and international marketing exposure.



Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and brand communication principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
