Manager - Senior Content Writer
We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Content Writer to lead our thought leadership and long-form content initiatives. This role is critical to establishing Firstsource as a trusted voice in the BPO industry through compelling, research-driven content that demonstrates our expertise and insights.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Content Development: Create comprehensive long-form content, including white papers, industry reports, case studies, and thought leadership articles that position Firstsource as an industry leader
• AI-Enhanced Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on BPO industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies using both traditional methods and AI-powered research tools to inform content strategy and ensure accuracy
• SEO-Optimized Content Strategy: Develop and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives, incorporating SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and understanding of AI overviews and zero-click search trends
• Industry Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of BPO operations, digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies to create authoritative content
• Multi-Channel Content Planning: Develop content that works across platforms, understanding the shift toward platform-specific strategies and zero-click content consumption
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, executives, and business leaders to extract insights and develop compelling narratives
• Content Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets high editorial standards, aligns with brand voice, and demonstrates experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trust (E-E-A-T)
• Performance Analytics: Monitor content performance metrics across multiple channels, analyze engagement data, and optimize content strategy based on conversion quality rather than just traffic metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional content writing experience, with a focus on long-form content creation
• Industry Background: Content writing experience in IT/ITES, SaaS, or technology sectors, OR journalism background with a focus on covering the technology industry
• BPO Knowledge: Deep understanding of the BPO industry, including operations, technology, and market dynamics
• Writing Expertise: Proven track record in creating high-quality long-form content such as white papers, research reports, and thought leadership articles
• AI & SEO Proficiency: Experience with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) and modern SEO practices including optimization for AI overviews and answer engines
• Research Skills: Strong research capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives using both traditional and AI-enhanced methods
• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Technology journalist with proven track record covering IT/ITES, SaaS, or BPO industries
• Content marketing experience within IT services, software, or technology consulting firms
• Understanding of digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies in business services
• Experience in B2B content marketing within the services industry
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices
• Project management experience
• MBA or relevant advanced degree

Manager - Short-Form Content and Video Specialist
We are looking for a creative and strategic Manager/Short-Form & Video Specialist to amplify our organizational and executive presence and create engaging multimedia content. This role will focus on developing podcasts, videos, and short-form content that showcases our leadership's expertise and builds our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Executive Content Creation: Develop and produce content that enhances executive visibility and thought leadership presence across multiple platforms
• AI-Enhanced Multimedia Production: Create, edit, and manage video content, including executive interviews, company updates, and industry commentary, using both traditional and AI-powered tools
• Multi-Platform Podcast Management: Plan, produce, and manage podcast series featuring Firstsource executives and industry discussions, with distribution across multiple platforms
• Platform-Optimized Short-Form Content: Develop engaging short-form content optimized for specific social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), understanding platform-native algorithms and zero-click content trends
• Advanced Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for videos, podcasts, and other multimedia content that work across different formats and platforms
• Content Repurposing & Optimization: Adapt long-form content into multiple short-form formats for maximum reach and engagement, understanding how to create platform-specific versions
• Brand Consistency Management: Ensure all content maintains consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and formats
• Performance Analytics & AI Insights: Track engagement metrics across platforms, use AI-powered analytics tools to understand audience behavior, and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation with a focus on short-form and multimedia content
• Industry Background: Content creation experience in IT/ITES, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred
• AI & Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software, multimedia production tools, and experience with AI-powered content creation and optimization tools
• Advanced Writing Skills: Strong scriptwriting and short-form content creation abilities with understanding of platform-specific content requirements
• Executive Support: Experience managing executive presence and creating content for senior leadership across multiple channels
• Digital Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, AI-driven content optimization, and current digital content trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Copywriting Background: Professional copywriting experience with understanding of persuasive writing techniques
• Video Editing Expertise: Advanced video editing skills with experience in professional video production
• Podcast Production: Experience in podcast planning, recording, and post-production
