Opening for Marketing Manager for a leading Baby Personal Care Division

KRA:

Category Objectives:

- Achieve the objectives for Baby Personal Care

- Optimizing visibility investment

- Measuring inputs/activities-wise

Category Core Strategy:

- Design and develop strategies for Baby Personal Care

- Plan special activity, campaigns for business channels

- Analyzing current market trends and competition benchmarking

- Market Research & Surveys to understand market trends, consumer needs

- Understanding Consumer insights - lifestyle trends and market insights

- liaise with media and digital advertising

Planning & Execution:

- Prepare Annual budget and marketing plan for Baby Personal Care

- Working in partnership with the creative team & agencies to develop inputs/ collaterals and collaborate with cross functional teams.

- Content development and creative planning

- Regular follow up and coordination with sales team to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies

New Products Development & Category Expansion:

- New product development

- Market Analysis and Research, clinical data needs, and financial analysis

- Product/Category development

- Pricing benchmarking with competition & set right pricing

- Overseeing Go-To-Market and Launch plan

Talent Development:

- Establishing team values and goals

- Set KRAs, KPIs, Task and Evaluate team performance

- Encourage trust and cooperation among the team
