Ensures the operations are conducted properly, according to processes, quality standards (including safety and security), and customer requirements . Plans team activities on a daily basis . Organizes and optimizes the means and resources necessary to meet the objectives . Ensures that a daily performance management review against service level is conducted within the team and corrective action plans are in place. .
