Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - \xd0\xa5 Manage FOS \xd0\xa6 recruit, train and motivate the team \xd0\xa5 Manage channel relationships \xd0\xa5 Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets \xd0\xa5 Manage the sales process \xd0\xa5 Ensure process rigour and controllership \xd0\xa5 Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners \xd0\xa6 TTC \xd0\xa5 Manage the FOS productivity \xd0\xa5 Reconciliation of dealer payments
Required Qualifications and Experience
\xd0\xa5 Should be a MBA with 2 to 3years of experience or graduate with minimum 4 yrs of experience \xd0\xa5 Prior exposure to sales role is highly desirable \xd0\xa5 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xd0\xa5 Good relationship management skills \xd0\xa5 Proficient in MS \xd0\xa6 Office \xd0\xa5 Ability to coordinate with various departments within the organization
