Job Description

The Manager role in the lease accounting space will spread head the Lease accounting vertical focusing on US GAAP accounting standards.

• Lead and manage a lease accounting team responsible for accurate US GAAP and IFRS treatment of lease agreements.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Optimize systems like Oracle, CoStar, and BlackLine while driving continuous improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and auditors to support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster team development through coaching, performance management, and strategic leadership.

A successful Manager should have:

• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
