JOB OVERVIEW

Enable organizational capability building through Learning & Enablement initiatives for Global Sales, Admissions & Marketing teams based across geographies through effective & efficient use of learning platforms available. Will develop & design, train and measure training effectiveness for all the learning initiatives conducted.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning Design & Delivery

  • Support in the assessment of training needs of internal stakeholders in sales, admissions and marketing
  • Develop & Design Learning initiatives as planned and depending on the organizational imperatives
  • Deliver identified workshops/coordinate with relevant internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the identified workshops/training programs
  • Support Global L&D in identifying various learning platforms for the SAM team (online courses from external vendors/Teams-based workshops run in-house/face-to-face workshops implemented through external vendors where feasible).
Learning Assessment
  • Identify skill or knowledge gaps and identify additional training needs to address the same
  • Use training assessments and feedback from Team Leaders to identify and design further training interventions
  • Observes and assess team members\' \xe2\x80\x9con-the-job\xe2\x80\x9d to identify training gaps and recommend additional support where required.
EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate or currently studying for a Master\'s level qualification in Human Resources or similar, or an MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training delivery; must have a dynamic and engaging classroom presence
  • Certified in Instructional Design for Content Development
  • Preferably certified in MBTI
  • Excellent consulting skills, (e.g., critical thinking, proactive problem solving, decision making, and influencing)
  • Excellent proficiency in using PowerPoint & Excel
  • Shows a strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results, balancing the delivery of multiple priorities often within short timescales
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Proven and evidenced experience as a Trainer having conducted Soft Skills/Behavioural Training & Sales Training workshops independently within the organizations &/or for clients
  • Proven and evidenced experience in having developed learning content for training using Instructional Design concepts.
