Job Highlights

• Supporting production department to achieve production target & maximize asset utilization with a focus on minimizing downtime of equipment’s & ensuring maximum uptime of all utilities.
• Monitor proper adherence to preventive maintenance & regular health checks for all the equipment like reactors, distillations column, pumps, dry vacuum pumps, various filter units, mechanical seals etc.
• Preparing annual budget for Plant Maintenance.
• Tracking of capex & maintenance cost on regular basis.
• Coordinate & execute the modifications in plant as per the agreed timelines.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis of break downs & implement preventive actions.
• Inventory management of technical goods.
• Experience in handling the mid-size projects independently.
• Should have knowledge on Hazop, JSA, MOC, risk assessment, hazard area classifications etc.
• To demonstrate safety culture & safe engineering practices to ensure zero incidents / accidents.
• To ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements such as testing of pressure vessels, pipelines, lifting tools & tackles, safety device etc.
• Experience in handling various internal & external audit & comply with all the findings.
• To maintain & update all the documents like P & ID, GA drawings, manuals & other records.
• To prepare shutdown planning & its execution.
• To prepare monthly reports for the stakeholders.
• Experience in SAP system, eAM module & maintaining all the inspection records & history in system is an added advantage.

Requirements

• More than 12 years of experience in plant maintenance preferably Chemical Plant.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP
