BBA LLB, 4 to 5 Years of Experience

Providing in house advisory, legal opinions, guidance within the legal framework with respect to the loan, vendor agreements so as to secure and safeguard the interest of the company.
Drafting and vetting of various transaction based agreements, deeds, memorandum of understanding such as vendor agreements, NDA, loan agreement, mortgage related document, hypothecation, pledging of movable securities, affidavits, application form, indemnities, power of attorney and other documents required by the company from time to time.
Reviewing and standardizing existing contracts and documents for digital and non
digital platforms. Should be well versed with the provisions of stamp act.
